Returns

Since our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once delivered; however, if you’ve received a wrong or damaged product, we have a flexible resolution policy in place to make it right.

Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders:

    In case of cancellation within the permitted time frame or if the order is returned for any valid reason, the refund will be initiated within 48–72 business hours after the returned product is received and verified at our facility.

    The refund will be credited to your account within 5-6 working days.

    In the event of a delay of 2–3 days in order delivery, refunds will not be applicable.
  • Damaged Products:

    • If you’ve received a damaged or defective product, please share clear photographs and an Unboxing video of the item within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Upon verification, a refund will be processed into your registered account.

Refund Eligibility Guidelines: 

1. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, refund will not be applicable. Reshipping charges will apply.

2. No Refund for Taste Preference

Refunds cannot be provided for taste preferences or personal likes/dislikes, as taste is subjective.

3. Mandatory Timely Reporting

Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

4. Partially Consumed Products Not Eligible

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for products that are partially consumed, used, or tempered with.

5. Delivery Partner Delay Disclaimer

Minor delays due to weather, traffic, or courier load do not qualify for refunds.

6. Product Variation Clause

Since products are handmade/freshly prepared, minor variations in color, shape, or size will not be considered defects.

7. Refund Not Applicable for Freebies

No refund or replacement will be provided for free items, gift items, or promotional products.

8. Accurate Address & Phone Mandatory

Customers must ensure the correct address, pincode, and phone number at checkout. Wrong details void refund eligibility.

9. Non-Received Package But Marked Delivered

If an order is marked delivered by our courier partner but the customer claims non-receipt, the case will undergo investigation for 7–10 working days. Refunds will be issued only after courier confirmation.

10. Reshipment Policy

For issues caused due to customer-side errors, reshipment can be done at customer's cost.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • Please provide a valid reason for cancellation when making the request.

Delayed Deliveries

Missed Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and details. We’ll promptly investigate and resolve the issue.

Quality Complaints

If you face any quality-related concerns, please reach out to us with relevant details and photos within 24 hours of receiving the product.
